1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bek3 platform ("Platform" or "we") and its users ("you" or "User"). These Terms apply to the https://bek3.cam website and all associated services.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — the bek3 website, mobile services, and all associated digital services.
• "User" — any person who has registered on the Platform or is using the service.

2 Account Registration

2.3 One Account Policy

Only one active account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. Attempting to create multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

2.4 Account Verification

bek3 may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide documents may result in account suspension or cancellation. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the bek3 platform. A copy of your national identity card or passport may be requested to verify your age. Providing a false age will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all winnings.

3.2 Residential Eligibility

• Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh
• Must have an active personal mobile banking account
• Must not be subject to any legal restriction on using the platform

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bek3 offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (bonus amount × 10)
• Withdrawals from the bonus cannot be made until the wagering requirement is met
• Bets placed using bonus funds will count toward the wagering requirement
• The ability to use the bonus on certain games may be limited

4.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, bek3 offers special promotions, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each promotion has its own terms, which are set out in detail on the relevant offer page. Combining multiple bonuses at the same time may not be possible.

4.4 VIP Program

bek3 offers three VIP tiers. Higher tiers can be reached through regular participation:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

VIP cashback is paid every Monday at a set time. The cashback calculation method is based on the previous week's betting activity.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawal time: generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawals are permitted for verified accounts only
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit

5.3 Transaction Cancellation

Deposit transactions generally cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. Withdrawal requests may be cancelled before processing begins. Any unauthorised or erroneous transactions must be reported to the support team immediately.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All betting activity on the bek3 platform is governed by these Terms and the rules of the specific game. The user takes full responsibility for their own betting decisions.

• Betting beyond the account balance is not possible
• The maximum bet amount for a specific event is determined by the platform
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the deposited amount will be refunded
• All sports betting results are confirmed from official sources

6.2 Cancelled Bets

If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, bek3 may declare the relevant bet void and issue a refund. This decision will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account cancellation:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using a false identity or documents
• Abusing bonus benefits or "bonus hunting"
• Using collusion or fraudulent betting strategies
• Using automated software or bots
• Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Attempting to breach platform security
• Harassing or causing harm to other users

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 bek3's Rights

bek3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Evidence or suspicion of a breach of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Discrepancies in account information
• Extended period of inactivity
• Court order or legal obligation

8.2 Closure at User Request

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team. The verification process must be completed and any pending transactions must be settled before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

bek3 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Betting losses or financial losses incurred by the user
• Issues arising from internet connection disruption
• Third-party technical failures
• Problems with the user's device or software
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure)

10 Privacy and Data Protection
